***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
Buying from PGR
New EU laws came into force on 1st July meaning VAT had to be charged on all products at the rate appropriate to the country of purchase.
Big Cartel were unable/unwilling to do anything about this or the shipping confusion following Brexit.
However, BandCamp are now able to charge/collect/remit VAT on physical product as they have been on digital since the last EU law change around this issue.
We are also able to use their registration number on our customs/shipping documentation.
Therefore, we have decided to end our relationship with Big Cartel and use Bandcamp exclusively.
This means less admin for us and a smoother checkout/delivery experience for our many customers.
There will also be a uniform rationalisation of pricing to take the additional taxation into account.
The aim is for our products to remain affordable in these difficult times.
